I checked my car in @ 8.30 am and check out @ 2 pm more than 6 hours at the dealer to get my battery replaced
No one offer me rides home and no one explain how long my car will take in service to replace my battery

Everyone is usually pretty nice. Wait time for basic service has always been an issue for years, with or without an appointment. Confusion between employees are still an issue as well.

I really do appreciate the hard work manage man and his worker for working on my car great job taking care of my wheel lime in a rotation of tires I would it had more done to my vehicle then having of money to fix it Even though I know some parts are very expensive to repair including labor thank you once again as soon as a good extra money I will be back to repair my vehicle and thank you for taking care of my car I really appreciate it
