Andy was great he communicated with me throughout the process and allowed me to pick up my vehicle late which was convenient for me . Great job Andy Fonseca. I was unsatisfied with Danny he didnt schedule my appointment or relay any of my messages.

I took my car in for a regular oil change and get my right front blinker light bulb replaced. When I picked up my car, I was under the impression that it was completed; It was not. Instead I was told I had to pay for a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation that I did not ask for and my light bulb was not fixed. I am dissatisfied with the service I was given. I wrote down exactly what I needed done on the initial paperwork given to me. Why was this so hard to accomplish? Please call me at ****-****-xxxx Thank you.

I was skeptical at first, since it seemed like you guys were overwhelmed with vehicles. But you guys got it done, just in time for the New Years. I will be back for the recommended services.
At arriving to the service department I was told that a representative would be contacting me in regards to the service plan that I purchased. Twice I asked about my plan and was told in a minute he would come see me. That minute turned into an hour. I was finally assisted by Andy who very willingly advised me about getting my car serviced. Quickly he hit my car served and oil change completed. Unfortunately o was not able to wait for my car to get washed as getting it stared was delayed. I’d it had not been for Andy I am sure that it would have been longer to get my job completed.
Over 3 hours wait with an appointment for service is ridiculously long.
He was courteous and upfront on what a customer would expect from wait time how much the service would cost and finally the status of the vehicle. In total, excellent customer service.
Thanks for giving me updates on my car! I wish you guys would bring back telling the costumers an estimated price range for the next time we have to come in and get our cars serviced. It’s save me time from being to worried if I have enough money to make sure I can keep up with the maintenance of my car.
