Andy was great, he try to help me as much as he could but the window tint was a awful job. I am hoping they would fit it.
He kept me updated on the work and that to me was very important.

Not about the money is about delivering what you are paying for. I wasted 3 hours waiting for my car to not receive what I was willing to pay for. I didn’t get charged for a t tech service that was not given instead they drained and filled system 2 times. Improper service delivered and that’s because am in the industry and I know how the service is done. I am struggling with myself to report this and place on a social media page. This gives our industry a bad name.
I received excellent service in a very timely and efficient manner. Herman customer service was excellent . I appreciate having a space and WiFi to work while waiting for my vehicle. The updated thur text message was awesome. My experience at fontana was top notch ??????????????????

Juan is truly the best! He listens toany concerns, explains everything fully and always remembers my name even thru the pandemic masks. He returns any phone call I make concerning any little rattle or squeak which is so relieving.
