Thatt day was busy so made the decision to get a loaner car and he helped me get that taken care off, I was out of the lot and off to due my errands on time…. Very satisfied with the service I get from Nissan. Juan is very consistent and very people oriented he always take time to make sure his customers are super satisfied. Juan is an amazing person and very knowledgeable of Nissan and there products. He overall is a very good employee, he takes great pride in his work.

Well. The price for one. I don't think they were honest on the detail. On the phone they told me the price was 355, but with tax would be around 370. I end up paying 400. About 30 dollars more. And I would like to know if you said all the work you do is really what you are doing with car. For example did you really did a brake fluid flush and not just say u did it.. I have been to places like that. It would be nice to actually be there to see the work being complete. Over all I think the employees where great very friendly and kind. You guys did a great job in getting it done in a timely matter. Thank you..
Mr. Juan Melendez is one of the best Service Advisors at Fontana Nissan. His knowledge of my Altima: the services performed, what is needed to keep vehicle in tip top shape, is appreciated.
