I requested David as I had had a very good experience with him on my last visit to Fontana Nissan. David is very helpful and professional. He is great at explaining things to me in a way that I can understand and feel comfortable with the repair options that he offered.

Took 5hrs for a basic oil change, was never told about my brake or coolant fluid needing a flush but on my multipoint inspection they were red! Shouldn’t have to take 5hrs for a basic oil change!! Worst experience ever

Unfortunately I made an appointment for 945 and then sat until 1025 in my vehicle waiting to speak with a service advisor. My ride had to leave and I didn’t have another way home. Juan and another gentleman did get me a lyft home which I greatly appreciated and also apologized for the wait. It seemed everyone around me was being taken care of first and I am not sure what happened there. So overall it was taken care of but to wait 40 minutes to check in was a bit much. Thank you to Juan and his crew for doing a great job on my car and getting it back to me quickly.
Philip was great ???? he got my car in right on schedule thay took care of my oil change and I was out the door by 9am. That was great fast service. I was very happy how I was out the door by 9am .great job Mr Finley.
