After they service my car they washed it, but when they washed it they didn’t rinse it off right, I didn’t notice till I got home. I guess when they washed it they just set it out in the sun and dried all the soap on it what a mess. My windshield looked like it was fogged up I thought it was because of the air conditioner but when I got home it was on the outside of the windshield dried soap on my windshield what a mess. Next time just service my car don’t wash it please I’m very disappointed, I’m thinking of going to a different dealership
Took too long for oil change and tire rotation, had to send the service rep a text to see if my car was ready! From the time it got off the rack to the brief rinse to drive off, was approximately 45 min. My vehicle was ready within 5 minutes after the text was sent?
