Although service department was very busy I was attended to promptly. I especially liked the two different lines for appointments and walk-ins. The appointment line definitely moved faster and was greatly appreciated!

I came in for a recall on my Nissan altima and an oil change and alignment because I hit/went up on a curb, and I told the service advisor that. The service adviser While checking me in suggested that I do a tire rotation and that it was free of charge because I purchased my tires from the Nissan Fontana.I said sure and when the car was ready I left and when I got on the freeway and started going about 6570 my Stern will start a shaking like crazy and it had never done that before so I had to call the serviceAnd they told me to come back so I did.When I got there the service advisor told me that because I hit a curb that when they did the tire rotation it might have thrown off the balance and that it was gonna cost me $90 to balance the tires or they could just put the tires back the way they were. I don't know anything about cars or tires in bouncing tires I just feel like that service should have been offered from the beginning when he offered me the free tire rotation knowing that I hit a curb. Like that should have been an option or a suggestion to get when I was 1st there instead of having to come back and wait another 30 minutes for my car.
Outstanding! Made my service wait almost painless. Communicated to me how long and beat his prediction. He exceeded his own high standards. Good job Philip.
