Didn’t know the tire rotation was going to cost 30 bucks! If I knew that I would have declined it and had it done for free at America tires! Other than that everything was good .

Fontana Nissan needs to improve a lots of aspects on a customer service on 9-7-2021 at the end of the shift, I asked one of the advisors to check in my vehicle and he told me it’s was too late, instead he gave me an early bird card to be filled by me. Today I received a text saying that an inspection was performed to my vehicle and they found some extra services that need to be done. I clicked by mistake and authorized an extra service then I clicked to cancel the service and I thought I had cancelled, I called the service department 5 times to speak with a service advisor but instead an answer machine answered. When I went to pick up my car they charged me the extra service. I few weeks ago I took my vehicle for service and it took the advisors team a long time to check in my vehicle and I asked one of the advisors why was taken so long instead of give me a positive respond, he negative answer with attitude.

I like that he took initiative and did the job himself instead of making wait 3 hours because they were really Busy , especially after knowing I had already been there for the same problem once before just last week.

So overly satisfied! The shopping bag left in my car was such a nice touch! The car wash, and the car fragrance are all the reasons why I travel from Ontario to go to your shop. I could choose another dealership but I purposely choose yours! Great customer care!

I was told my vehicle was being washed, and when I get home the whole top of my Van still as dirty as it was when I brought in. I have one broke off lug that wasn’t brought to my attention
