Frank is always very courteous and his instructions are very educational. I have been a client of Fontana Nissan since it opened and I’ve bought a few cars there, which you are still providing maintenance and repair services until now. Frank is one of the reason why I remain loyal to your company. In fact, I’ve never met any of your service manager who doesn’t provide excellent service.

Not only did I wait all day to get my car, they didn't realized until I came there that my car hasn't been worked on because they "misplaced" the paperwork. Now I've been driving the car a couple days my car sounds very loud and it rumbles a lot on my car.
