They gave me back my car with missing bolts, and lug nug. They gave me back my car with 5 missing bolts.told me it’s unsafe to drive. Put screws at their own decision. Inappropriate for them to call themselves mechanics if they don’t fix it, so much for a professional dealership with certified titles. Completely unsatisfied with my visit today.

The bolt on the oil pan was not put on correctly. It was half ways on and leaked oil all over my driveway. I had to fix this issue myself and had to miss work. I’m not satisfied at all this is not acceptable coming from professional mechanics.

When making an appointment for an oil change @ 2pm on a Saturday, I did NOT expect to have to wait 2-1/2 hours. That is not the service I expect from Nissan. I had appointments and thought I had plenty of time. I will reconsider my next appointment. Thank You. David tried his best. He is one of your best service guys.
