I had an appointment at 8:15 for an oil change and didn’t leave until 11am almost 3 hours for an a oil change. I paid via text and still waited 10 minutes until I went to the counter to get my keys and my car was already ready. I’m not blaming the services provider David. I just feel that the service department doesn’t meet my expectations especially when you make an appointment and you are the second car in the appointment line and aww others with no appointments get their vehicles sooner.

I normally get exceptional service when I go to Fontana Nissan. Probably because I deal with David. Unfortunately, Davis was off today. I dealt with Andy, whom was nice. Only issue was that there was zero follow through. I was told I would get an update by 1:30. I had to call around 3:45 to get an update and was told it should be ready by 4:30. Got the automated text at 4:41 that it was ready. 19 minutes before closing time??? When I arrived to pick up the car I wasn’t greeted by anyone. It’s almost as I was invisible. I understand people get busy, but a “I’ll be right with you” would be nice. I guess I should only get my car serviced when David is working? Sad…
