Was told that a gasket was leaking on my front axel. Made appointment for 8am on 11-30-2021. Was checked in by David Pasani. Got a loaner car for the time of the repair. Got a call from David around noon. He told me that it was all a mistake and there was nothing wrong with my car. I could pick it up. Don’t know the procedures on finding and approving the repairs, but doesn’t seam that it is very effective. I totally waisted half a day on nothing. I am seriously considering NOT to go back to Nissan Fontana. And I have no reason to tell my friends to go there for good service. David Pasani was working very professional in this whole matter.

I don't know when my next service date is and no one set the mileage screen in my car completely a half done job.So I won't be back because I feel like you don't want my business.
We had a service appointment last Tuesday, November 22. We did not hear back from anyone that day so we had to contact Andy. He said he needed to keep the car another day to determine exactly what was wrong. After a couple calls and at least 2-3 messages left on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday we never heard back from anyone. My husband went back to the dealership on Monday, the 29th to find out what was going on with the car since we never heard from anyone after almost a week. Andy said the axel needs to be replaced but it was no guarantee that would fix the problem. That information could have been relayed to us a week ago instead of having the car sit there for 7 days with no work to be done.
They fixed my brakes and replaced my rotors great job
