My lexus came looking back in top shape! Thank you!
The individual who helped us with our service was courteous and nice. My problem is with the dealership itself. This is the second Lexus I have owned (one bought and the current one leased) and many of the reasons I decided to lease my current vehicle was based on the extra services that were offered at the time of my lease decision at your dealership. Free 5 and 10k services were a part of that, but today I came to find that it wasn’t based on mileage but instead was based on time. This would have been nice to know beforehand. Many other services were told would be made available to us (pick up/drop off service for car washes, service, etc.) but after requesting those services come to find they were no longer available or were never available to begin with. So $400 later (when I thought I was getting a routine free 10k service) I find myself regretting the decision to lease our current vehicle with DCH Santa Barbara. I’m only happy I made this discovery before leasing/purchasing a GX model from your dealership, so I’m at least saved from making a much more expensive/regrettable decision. I will be taking my current Lexus vehicle to another service provider who I have used for my other vehicles and who has always been honest and upfront about the services they provide/don’t provide. I have a little less than two years left on our current lease and don’t plan on coming back to your dealership (for service or otherwise) until we have to turn the vehicle back in. You just lost a customer who would have leased/purchased numerous more vehicles.

When I arrived to get my car their was scratches all over the car top of the car hood inside of the car ans when I turned on my car my Engine did that knocking sound. I’m extremely upset
Not a horrible experience just wish it would have been handled differently. I was given an estimated wait time of 1.5 hours. I was okay with waiting around for that but i ended up being there from 1:30-4pm. If I had known it was actually going to be that long I would have gone back to work and come back when it was ready. I had to move my work schedule around. But it wasn’t too bad as I got to eat some cookies and hot tea and staff was friendly.
Phuong is the best! He is always super pleasant, helpful and professional.
