I asked if they can please check my tire pressure because it was looking just below the normal level and they told me it was part of my tire rotation service. I thought this was done and the next day my warning came out showing low pressure in two tires. I guess i just got part of my service and not the full service that I paid for. Also my car was return washed but with mod in my passenger carpet. Carpet was clean and free of spots now I have a big food print in the white letters that show the Rogue sign. Please use some paper covers next time when the mechanics get in the cars.

David always takes care of me when I show up. If he’s not there, then Daniel steps in and vice versa. David is very professional and well-mannered. If I ever buy a non-Nissan vehicle, I’ll probably still utilize Nissan service dept. Go figure!????????

I bought new tires and yet they don't look new on the tire walls. They look dirty and there are some markings on them. Also, I keep getting an error message that says "Unavailable Front Radar Detection Obstruction" There is nothing on the sensor and it is clean, yet I keep getting that error message.

I was contacted to bring in my 2017 Maxima due to a recall. I made an appointment for a week later. Upon arrival I was told that would be able to receive a rental. My rental wasn't equivalent to my vehicle, I agreed to take it as I was informed that my vehicle would be available the same day. I received a call later that day a few hours later stating that they had to order the part. I then received another called stating that the wrong part was ordered. No ETA was given for the correct part. I ended up with a inadequate car for a few days when I finally received a call stating my car was ready late in the afternoon a few days later. Disappointed that due to a recall parts were not kept on hand especially after owners made appointments. Also, bafaled at the fact that wrong part was ordered and was not addressed immediately. Disappointed in the entire ordeal.
