I had a window whistling through the driver’s side door on my 2017 GMC Sierra starting at 50mph, Ray Skillman attempted to fix the problem twice having my vehicle for 2 days both times. I got a tip from a friend that he had the same problem and took his 2018 Silverado to Stanley Chevrolet and they fixed the problem.
So I called the dealership and stated that I did not buy the vehicle from Stanley, but this problem had persisted for over a year and if they could take a look at it, and would it be covered under warranty. Mike Rice, said yes, yes & yes and scheduled me an appointment in less then 48 hours, I was greeted by a friendly staff, checked my vehicle in, had a courtesy vehicle warmed up to give me a ride home. I received a text that they were working on my vehicle, was called at 4:30pm the same day and was told they found & fixed the problem! Picked up the vehicle, AND STANLEY CHEVROLET NAILED IT! Problem fixed and you can here a pin drop at 50mph in my cab! I am 53 years old and I have always bought GM products, I have never been treated so well and was kept so well informed, ever at a dealership like this one! I will be buying my next new vehicle at Stanley next year, my wife is currently driving a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu and would like to upgrade to the Impala! Just wanted to say THANK YOU , for a job well done and mission accomplished!

Yes I am decidedly happy with the service provided by Rien and the techs at Stanley Chevrolet the service took only a few hours and although I’ve driven only a few minutes in the Avalanche the power steering is responding much better than before and tomorrow I will be on the road for a couple of hours and will have a comprehensive sense of how the service has changed my truck’s ability to maneuver as it has to perform snow plowing when it does snow this year.

.I have had several problems with my 2002 Impala in the past few months. I'm sure Rien was tired of dealing with me, but he has always bent over backwards to help. When I'm finally able to purchase a new car, Rien will be the reason I'll look at Stanley first.
