Great costumer service experience.
I was having a problem with my head lights, very dim at night, on my car and had it tested to see was causing the problem. I was told that I had a bad battery and it needed to be replaced. I came to Stanley to have it checked and was told there was not a problem with the battery. I left and two other places check my battery and both said that the battery was not working properly and needed to be replaced. I purchased my battery from Stanley not to long ago and it was still under warranty . Long story made short is I bought a new battery and the problem has been resolved . I’ve had my car serviced at Stanley before and thought I had found a dealership I could have trust in when needing to have services rendered. I will not be returning nor will I recommend my friends as I have in the past.
Was ok with service.
Plugging tire was a bit high in cost.
But due to weather went ahead with repair.
Rein kept me informed on what was going on with truck.He also applogized for taking longer than expected.
I enjoyed the speed in which you let me know what was wrong and that it was completed in the amount of time that I needed to get to my appointment. I appreciated it very much. The price was great also
