Very disheartened with Chevy in general as I lease my vehicle and still had to pay out of pocket cost again. Over 1000 in 3 months and I am ready to turn my traverse in and not ever buy or lease a Chevy again after 7 years of being a loyal customer I don’t feel I should have to pay for diagnostic charge and clogged valves which are my not my error but the make of this vehicle is not reliable to me now.

As always, Michael’s intent was to be certain I was completely satisfied. He went above and beyond the call of duty. When I arrived, he asked why I was wearing a splint on my wrist. And then, he listened intently. After my first visit, I called parts to order new floor mats and when I returned, Mike retrieved the mats and installed them voluntarily.
