I just wish there were more loaner vehicles available. In four years, of owning the vehicle and having several issues, I’ve only been given a loaner once time and I feel like I had to beg for it. I know Kaleem has no control over this, and I didn’t speak to him about it- just the lady who I spoke to when she called to schedule the appointment.
The paper work got mixed up in the back and my vehicle was behind all day. I was not pleased with the length of time it took. I got there at 7:30am for a 8:00 service appointment. Because of the mixup I didn’t get out of your service department until 3:00pm. I think that is alittle long do you agree? We have bought several cars from Central and it was alittle disappointing. Thinking about trading vehicles because we have been loyal customers we maybe looking somewhere else in the future. Your service dept is what you depend on when you buy a vehicle someone that will stand behind your work hopefully we won’t have a need to come back.

Truck was brought in Thursday 1/31 and diagnosed Friday 2/1. I paid the diagnosis fee of 119$ and made the repairs myself. Issue was not resolved. Brought the vehicle back in on Wednesday 2/6 for another diagnosis of the same problem. I was told my vehicle was ready and when i arrived it was not. I was told i would be charged another diagnosis fee for what was mis-diagnosed the first time. I have purchased several new vehicles from the Central Auto Group, but i have spent my last 119$ there. I dont mind paying for diagnosis if its correct, but im not paying another fee for what should have been diagnosed correctly the first time.
Wrong part was deliverd to them due to manufacture change. The people were very friendly and helpful. After some time locating the correct part they repaired my vehicle to my satisfaction.
I have been bringing my SUV to Central ever since i brought it. Have not had any bad service sometimes had a couple long waits, but very satisfied. Tom is so good he goes out of his way to make sure i'm satisfied.
