Service rep did not provide information and was condescending and dismissive. I asked for a copy of the problems found and he would not provide it. When I initially brought my car in to be checked I had to call and ask for information as no one called to update me on my vehicle status or let me know it would not be returned to me the same day. He did not explain what the problem was or what we being fixed and was dismissive when I asked questions or for info when I did bring it in and initially he indicated the vehicle had jumped time but a sylenoid was what ended up veing replaced. I was told it would take all day to fix my truck but it only took a couple of hours and I had to change my work schedule and could not arrange transportation due to the lack of accurate information and poor communication by your staff.
He did a great job. Made it so easy . I’m sorry I’m terrible with names but the first young man was very good also. Also Cathy helped with paper work was very nice and helpful. I think this has been my best experience with truck sales . Thank you all so much!!! Plus I’m over the top with my RED TAHOE ????????????thanks so much!!!

I was satisfied with the work done on my car and Tom was great and did all he could to make me happy the only thing they said they took the car to get a front alignment but all of the tires were down to 23lb.and the front tire had 60 lb of air in it and I had to stop at a auto shop on the way home to get the air amount of air in my tires
