I have always sung the praises of Central Buick’s service Dept. My dad wasn’t even going to come back for an oil change but I talked him into giving you another try. The work was good. Tim explained and did a great job... BJ stayed after hours to check us out and get my car back to us even though he didn’t know anything. The Rep who took care of me for 3 days was Kaleem. I was not satisfied with his service. He was slow, didn’t appear to be knowledgeable and caused more questions than he answered. If I were to need service again and he was the one I had to deal with I would use a different service department. I’m trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that possibly he wasn’t trained properly or maybe he was having an off week, but it was very frustrating.
He was great to work with and got the job done. Very courteous.
