Absolutely no one in the dealership was wearing a mask and sneeze screens were not on the service counter. I suspect my truck was not sanitized when returned to me. And we wonder why COVID is spiking. I probably won’t be back!

Ask to have my tires rotated and they reported on paper work that they did rotate them. When I told them it wasn’t done. I told them one tire was low on air they said that they couldn’t rotate them because the tire had a hole in it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the tire. And it took 2 hours just to change the oil.

Kaleem is super! Very friendly and called me to let me know there was a nail in one of my tires and they would fix it. Happily it was only a small tack and no puncture but appreciated him called and letting me know. Great guy!!
