Easy Peasy! I’m glad I left the vehicle instead of waited but I can’t fuss about that!
We picked up the car @ 4:15 and drove home. It cranked fine @ the Dealership. Drove it home. It sat about an hour and when we started it to leave it overcranked again. We are going to drive it for a week and keep tabs on it’s performance. Thanks JB Howland

I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to finally help me even though there were people walking all around the dealership. The representative that did help me was extremely helpful and clearly had way too much going on for one person to handle. In addition, the dealership should have service hours outside of Monday - Friday from 8 - 4 since people mostly work during those times.
