I bought it in for an oil change. Was told the transmission gasket needed to be changed it took 3 days for that to be completed. Then on the way home I noticed a noise took it back and the sway bar was loose. On the way home the ac wouldn’t work had to take it back again because the Freon was out. Which makes 3 times to fix what should have been completed in one trip.

The employees that waited on me today worked within the guidelines given them, so this is not to lay blame on them personally. I was asked to buy an extended warranty when i bought my truck, I’m almost certain I did and was charged a few hundred dollars. I’m not certain what I bought, because nothing shows that I have any warranty. I understand from the employee today that the person who sold me the truck is no longer there, so nothing can be done. The price he have me to replace a condenser for air was extremely high, I got another quote from somewhere in town for half the price. I paid the $135 for the service call and I won’t be back. Again this is not from a certain employee not treating me right, I just feel like the whole system is broken and the prices are inflated.

Mr Wilson was alone working a Monday morning line of customers when I arrived. He may have been a little upset that his co workers were not there. However, he handle everyone in a timely, professional manner. He got a gold star from me for doing a great job.

I brought my truck to the dealership to get recall work and warranty .and me my wife was going to trade but said he had to order the parts and he would call when the came in that was December 2019 still have not call me my 17 model pickup still is not fix I hope this tell you how bad the service is at your dealership I have and will be waiting you

Had a console put in and console doesn't go up and down correctly. Makes loud grind sound like something is rubbing. Also plastic is misaligned on side of console.
