I don't need anyone to contact me. My car was there for a week, no loaners available. No information about the car until it was ready to be picked up. In other words the car was repaired without my consent or knowledge of what was diagnosed and then I was charged for a repair I didn't consent to. In the meantime I lost hundreds of dollars because I live 30 miles away and couldn't work while having no vehicle for a week. Only to be told I should have made an appointment. I didn't know you could predict your one year vehicle breaking down. So, no don't bother calling me. I'll take the car to pinegar if it needs something done from now on.

I spent over 1000 dollars at your shop to fix my car. They didnt end up fixing the problem so I took it back. They wanted another 2000 dollars to "fix it" again. I said no and took it to another shop. Not only did the other shop fix it first try, but said that thd repairs that your shop wanted to do were not even necessary. So I would have wasted 2000 more dollars at your shop. Never coming back what a joke.
Debbie was great as usual. I can always depend on her. She keeps me up to date on the repair process and makes sure that it's done correctly the first time. As a manager, I know that having an employee like her is invaluable. I will always get all my repairs done and buy my new vehicles from Reliable as long as Debbie continues to work here.

I was contacted multiple times to reschedule the appt I set up because you was too busy. When I called to schedule I was told it was wide open and I could pick my time all afternoon on the day I picked. I feel it is very poor customer service to be called multiple times about rescheduling since i do not live in the Spfld area. I was also asked to take it to a different dealership and I do not feel that is acceptable when I bought my vehicle from you.
Always get treated like family. Great service with a smile.
