Work was completed in a very timely matter and correct and my service agent (Debbie) is in my opinion the best you got , very helpful and keeps you posted every step of the way. Wish I could carry her to every place I go to handle my experience

They did not put a sticker on my windshield so I know when my next oil change is due. I go by that.

Bruce was great and a wonderful guy, but he had sad news for me. I was informed that Jose was let go. I know it's been awhile since I've had my car serviced but every time I would be waiting he'd be there with a smile on his face.
He knew just about everyone in the waiting area and there'd be people just dropping in to say hi to him. Customer service like that shouldn't be gotten rid of.
It might have been a corporate decision but it was a bad one.
After finally getting a place to park, yes my experience with the service department was ok
Austin did his best to get me out in a timely manner. It may have been a little more than I liked but it was a pretty technical problem. Austin was great.

I was promptly greeted and introduced to Austin. We went over all that was to be done and they got busy. I waited in the lobby. They kept me notified of how things were going. Everything done! Zaktek, pinstripes and door guards. I was shown the paperwork, any questions answered, I signed and was on my way home. Thank you to all for your kindness and good work. Debbie was great! Truly a gem. My only issue was communication. I wasn’t quite sure all the time what was happening with my car. I would have loved more updates throughout the day since we were waiting on a part. It would have been nice to know if they had it.
My sister and mom brought my vehicle up for me and said was treated very nice
