My car had an issue. I was able to drop my car off for service at 2pm and be right out the door with a loaner in 15 min flat. They had it ready to go by 7 am the next day. Brilliant service. Chik fil a couldn’t do it any better.

I feel that my vehicle was not diagnosed that you just took my money and told me that my truck has an "internal issue". This is why I brought it there. The odometer didn't change from when I dropped off. I expected a true explanation of what is wrong. Of course it has an "internal issue", that doesn't tell me anything. My truck sat in service for one week. No contact from your service department on its status. I picked my truck up today without it being looked at. I am taking it to Thompson’s on Wednesday for the check engine light. Your service department lacks communication skills and integrity. I will never be back. Best of luck.
The issue with my car is still not fixed. Had to make another appointment to have the same issue on my car looked at again.
