My service technician was excellent, the service was excellent... but I do not enjoy the high pressure sales tactics. My truck only has 14500 miles on it, and I also have a Warren try that I paid for. And yet every time I go in for a routine service I am always pressured to buy a service that will cost additional money. Every time. That is my only complaint, and I do not like it.

Chance always has a friendly greeting, goes over everything with me regarding my Silverado, makes suggestions for upcoming needs and gives me the costs so I'm aware for the next visit. Upon completion, he always has a hand shake and a "Thanks" for bringing my truck in....Pete.
