This was the fastest oil change that I have ever had anywhere! Trey was extremely courteous and helpful. He gave me advice as to when my next major maintenance service should be done and what it included. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need or want at this time. Truly satisfied!
No one could give me a time estimate on when my car would be done. For a diagnostic and service that took very little time to do, my car was there for about 28 hours, and I had scheduled an appointment. When I initially called to make an appointment I said I didn’t even want a diagnostic done, but we ended up doing it anyways, and the only “repair” done was what I said I wanted done in the first place. Everyone was very nice and apologetic for the long time. I was just frustrated with the lack of communication and waste of money on a diagnostic fee.
Austin and Bruce were excellent. Chevy Tech Dept - no so.
Chance was awesome ???? He was able to get me in and out in an hour. He was so nice and easy to talk to about the problems with my car.
It took 3 hours for my oil change.
Service was great. Took a little time to get a loner.
Very professional & extremely polite to my son & I during our appointment.
Sean was very efficient and helpful. He gave me a booklet with pricing for my chevy based on mileage which was informative and nice to have in the future. As a plus he opened my door and it was a nice gesture!

This women made it right but Debbie L Peavey. She was wonderful. But No your Auto repair Manager Terry never returned my calls. And was never help in any way. Cost was ridiculous when I asked other service places what I had done. And again Debbie come through with a rental so I would not be out since I live an hour away And it was going to take forever I cause for Your mechanics to fix the car that I bought from you is in 2012 which I will not make that mistake again
