Very professional. Answered all my questions and explained in detail with the use of pictures to help me better understand. The person who did the scheduling was very accommodating. Made a 1pm appointment, but said I could bring my car in early and they would try to work it in sooner- which they did.

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I had tried in years past to purchase vehicles from Reliable. It was too much BS, running back n forth, waiting, etc... Cody did a great job, we had a deal in an hour or less. No BS involved.Give Cody a bonus.
That was actually my first experience with Reliable Chevrolet and I have nothing bad to say about it my encounter with Austin was as it should have been. I was late for my appointment but that didn't seem to be an issue. If I'm ever needing to go back there would be no hesitation

They said they would secure my license plate and they did not. I also asked them to put on my windshield wipers and they also did not. Over all I am satisfied. Debbie was fantastic and I am 100% satisfied with her.

Was told my car would be done yesterday but it was done today. I did not have transportation to an important dr appointment yesterday and wish y’all could’ve communicated better so I could’ve arranged a ride.
The guy who checked me in was awesome. I went in with a small chip in my windshield on the driver side window. I have been not having any trouble with the chip. I have gone through drive Thurs and opened and closed my doors. As soon as I come back out to my car it was no longer a chip. My window now had a huge crack in it. Someone had to slam my door so hard to make that happen. I am not comfortable dropping my car off here anymore.
Vehicle was done quickly and job was beautiful.
Austin did a job anyone would be happy . Constantly keeping me informed of my corvette.throughout the total experience.
