Austin Terry was great to work with. He knew exactly what the problem was just by me describing it. I dropped my car off at 7:00 and it was ready by 8:00. Great customer service!
I had just come in from Atlanta and my check engine light came on. I called Reliable Chevy, spoke to Sean. He said bring it in and he'd take care of in time for me to head back on Sunday. Sean was professional, friendly and very personable. It was a pleasure talking with him. He took excellent care of me and my car which I really appreciated.

I own a new Silverado and there is nothing more frustrating than having an issue preventing you from enjoying your new vehicle. My truck is driving good again and I hope I made a good decision buying a Chevy for the first time in my life. The service department had my truck twice and found the problem. They fixed it in impressive time and made me feel important. Bob called and tried to help me through my first experience and Sean insured I was taking care of on my second experience. I’m sorry I don’t have the mechanics name but he kicked **** also. Thank you all and I will see you again in the future.

The workers went above and beyond on our Chevrolet Traverse. It literally looks brand new. You guys hit it out of the ballpark. Amazing! We are extremely satisfied and happy. You know how when you’re gone for a while and your pup excitedly greets you at the door? That’s how we feel.
What a positive experience. He handled everything. Dealt with the warranty company. Answered all my questions. Didn’t try to upsell me. He gave me a heads up on routine maintenance I will need to have done sooner then later. Just a first class experience- he will be sorry I have a number for him in my contacts. We went and found our car sitting in the finished lot. She was no where to be found so someone else had to help us. When the paperwork was found, she had it all messed up. It took us at least 20 minutes and 3 registers later to get it fixed. I did not get the name of the girl who helped us now I wish I had

My check engine light came on when I was out driving around. I drove to Reliable, where I purchased my car, and ask if they could fix it today. Sean was very nice and got me in right away. He kept me updated on the progress of my car and it was fixed in a couple of hours. It was a great experience.
