Debbie is the best! I will always choose her when I’m needing to get my repaired. This is 3rd I’ve had my car in the shop, and had Debbie as my service advisor. She’s so sweet and understanding, she give me all the details I need and keeps me updated whether it’s a 2-day or 2-month repair.

Although two of my wheels were damaged with some scratches and small gouges during the install Austin was sincerely applogetic and will order replacements for me. I understand things like this can happen but his professionalism and promises to make it right left me completely satisfied.
I set an appointment for 9:30 am on a Thursday morning a week in advance, when I took my vehicle in at such time and was issued a loaner. My reason for the service was to check my transmission for gears banging and was told it was normal, at this time I said run the diagnostic which they said they would at my cost for a vehicle with warranties, I said fine. My problem is at 4:00 pm they still hadn't looked at it and gave me the excuse they only had one technician and there were cars before me and said I wouldn't get it back the same day. I lost a day of wages for this and they acted like they could care less. The service I received was un acceptable for the multiple purchases I have done there and will not make another one with them or recommend them to anyone. I also do not want a call from them to discuss this with. I spent over 80,000 with them and they won't see a dime more.
Chance does a great job of keeping me informed about my vehicles. He also provides GREAT customer service.
