Chance is a great asset to your service department. I felt like he went above and beyond to get me out as quickly as possible.
Call me or my wife we will tell you exactly what happened. If my wife acts like it's no big deal she is just a very nice person because we are both upset about this.

Austin was great! He got me in and made sure my vehicle got done in a timely manner based off the weather outside. However, I’m very disappointed in the battery I had installed in my 2014 Silverado. The terminals were very rusty and are still very rusty. The mechanic sprayed terminal cleaner on the terminals after it was installed and the rust splattered on my fire wall of my truck. Plus the terminals are still rusty and now my battery cables are rusty after the terminal spray was sprayed it coated my battery cables.

Sean and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle did an excellent job identifying the problem and fixing it in a timely manner. The mechanic also discovered an additional issue while checking to ensure the original problem was taken care of and went the extra mile to see if it was a warrantee issue that could be solved at a later date.
I swore I would never be paid enough money to set foot back in reliable
Chevrolet. After my experience test with the shuttle driver and Debbie I am blown away the difference in experience this go around vs 10+ years ago. Good job and thank you to Debbie and the fantastic shuttle driver

1st you have a tech leave a radiator cap off truck over heats. Then find out when they flush and recharge that error my truck freezes up and I'm again stranded now at 5 degrees. Sure you recharged the antifreeze again... And not even an apology. No I wouldn't say I'm satisfied with Reliable service department.

I have never been so dissatisfied with service in my life. I had to have my vehicle towed from ur facility to another shop and knew within an hr what was wrong with my vehicle will never return.
We were not told how long the diagnosis was going to take, beforehand. So, when we showed up, we were told an HR and a half wait. Had we known, we would have arranged a ride to pick us up.
Austin did an excellent job checking my vehicle in. He also kept me up to date personally for what was going on and the progress of the Service Technician. I was very satisfied with the service Austin demonstrated and provided.
