I was not unsatisfied so much with my advisor, or the service manager, I’m more dissatisfied and upset with whatever technician made my headliner begin to tear and come apart from the weatherstripping on the driver’s side, from rubbing against it every time he got in and out of the car. One of my interior trim pieces is missing, and as I’m writing this, I just called a few minutes ago to check on when the piece will be coming in, and not a single person on the service drive answered. I was treated great by the service manager throughout the month and a half my car was stuck at the dealership, and my advisor was pretty good as well, but I then found out that someone crossed the terminals on my car trying to jump start it, and according to my source “almost caught the car on fire”. It was later rectified and I was given a loaner, which is something that should’ve happened after my car was stuck there for weeks on end for such a simple fix. I can’t help but think the technicians can’t be that trustworthy if I don’t have my car for a month and a half just to replace a sensor, and in that time I get pushed off after calling every couple of days to check on it, it finally gets fixed, nobody tells me about damaging my car, the mechanical damage gets fixed, I finally get the car back, and my interior is now worse than when I brought it in. I’m really not sure if it’s the detailers who cleaned it in and out to blame, or the technicians, but I’d think it’s safe to say it was both.

My vehicle was serviced quickly and on the time that was promised.
Today I got an oil change and tire rotation. I was also scheduled to fix the seat belt recall in the back seat and check out my shift to park issue. Only the oil change and tire rotation was completed today. I had an appointment at 11:00 to get this done and so basically the oil change and rotation took 5 hours, and that’s after me pushing to get my vehicle and go after being told they don’t have the parts. Also, this was the second appointment I have a scheduled to get the recall fixed just to be told you don’t have the parts. I waited and hour and half last time just to be told that you don’t have the parts. Third times a charm I guess. Also, I called repeatedly trying to get an update on my vehicle and could not get through to anyone. I also tried replying to the text message from the dealership that stated to text us any questions about your service and never received a reply to that as well. Also, one of my concerns was that my tires were all low. The maintenance paper filled out says the psi in all four was increased to 35, where it needs to be. They are all four still at 30 psi. I noticed this as I was pulling out of the dealership but was already late to pick up my kid.

Debbie went above and beyond to make a stressful situation unbelievably easy. I could not have asked for anyone better to work with through the process. She communicates clearly, always kind, and so extremely helpful. Any questions I had she had an answer for in a timely manner. I would recommend working with her to anyone!

Excellent experience. I was in and out within an hour and my tires were equally inflated, something that doesn't always happen where I normally go.
