Yes fire your service advisors and start fresh with some that want to work and do their jobs while they are there. The customer service was terrible couldn’t even take three minutes to take care of a customer. They had the time but then again they would of had to quit playing on their cell phones in order to take care of me.

I have dropped off my truck 3 times to fix my center console and it’s still not working like it should. A 4th time was scheduled and I decided to cancel that appointment because I’m honestly tired of wasting my gas driving up there and back, also having to hurry up at my job just so I could get there before you all close and my time being wasted for something that should have been fixed the first time. I’m not motivated anymore to come back up there for a service of any kind. I’m also having a issue with my upper glove compartment as it won’t stay open on it’s own anymore which I haven’t mentioned to anyone yet because I really don’t want my dashboard tore apart in fear of it not going back together properly like my console. Sean F. has always been professional and willing to help but because of the inconvenience of multiple trips I don’t think I can trust my vehicle being serviced there.
