The customer service here is top notch. Someone is always checking on you while you are waiting offering coffee or donuts. They will give you updates on the progress of your vehicle and make you feel very welcome. We drive 2.5 hours to this dealership because of their outstanding service.

- Diagnosis charge should be credited if repairs recommend are done, $123.00 was charged for diagnosis but work was done as recommended
- spent $1,200 & could not get a loaner - spent $95 for rental at Toyota Rental
-services recommended that were done at Reliable a few months ago -were not due yet
