I was surprised with how quickly my service was done this time compared to other times. I was, however disappointed that the air-pressure on my tires was not checked. Nor were some other defects noted or repairs offered - specifically the wiper blades needed to be replaced and no mention of that condition was made.

I asked for a quote to get replacement cup holder rubber inserts which appears to be missing from the 2017 Chevy Volt that I purchased from your dealership. I did not notice it was missing until now. When I went to pay for the service that was done to my car I asked if he had an estimate of how much the rubber inserts would cost and he said he forgot but would call me back as soon as he found out the price. I never received the call.
