I was not satisfied I felt it took too long for me get my vehicle back and the rental car that they put me in was way too small for Am I family to use and when I got my vehicle back I saw I smoke smoke in my vehicle and I do not smoke so no I was not satisfied

Would have been nice if you would have done the oil change in the 3hrs of having the truck probably won't use the free oil changes will be going somewhere else from here on out

The last two oil changes I asked to have my tires inflated to 35lbs...both times they did zip...3 tires are 33 and 1 32 cold...I keep getting alerts on my dash to inflate my tires..do I need to take it to ford to get the job done...tried calling service mgr and service writer..neither one will answer phone..probably have to change dealers..I only bought 3 new vehicals from you and not an important customer..you must be working the line guy to death as he can't do his job. As it took 1 1/2 hours for an Express lube....really
