I was there for three hours for an oil change and a brake recall. I sat in the waiting room and no one came to tell me my vehicle was done finally found out that my truck was done when I went out to the service area to find out what was taking so long.sean told me that he sent me a text saying it was done he sent it to my land line. I gave them my cell number when i checked in. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at reliable.this may be the last tlme.
The guys and gals at Reliable always treat us great! They greeted us when we first arrived and and talked to us while we were waiting. Jose, Debbie, Chandler and the rest of the Reliable team are the best in the business in this area!

This morning on our way to church we noticed the car riding rough and unusual noises. We checked the tire pressure on the cars dashboard and it read 70+ psi. I checked when we got home and sure enough there was 70+ pounds of air pressure In each of the four tires.
Why would someone do that.

This is the fourth time I have been to Reliable for the same fluid leak over the past four months (three visits were within one week in early May). I was told on the phone the day it was inspected that it was covered by the parts warranty installed earlier. However, when I came to get my car (NINE days later), I was told that wasn’t the issue and another part had been replaced. They tried to charge me with another deductible (which the manager Terry nicely waived) but when I got home, my car was still leaking!! It was back in the shop within two hours for the SAME problem. This is the fifth time it’s been there and the second time I have had to return my car to the shop the same day Reliable has given it back to me. In addition to my car not being fixed, my customer service was terrible as well. In the nine days my car was in the shop (which I was told was a ONE day fix) I received zero phone calls from my service tech. I had to call myself to get any kind of updates. Once this issue finally gets resolved, I will no longer being doing business at Reliable Chevrolet.
On a positive note, Terry was very nice and helpful and apologetic on behalf of the shop.
He did charge me for two tires when they lined my front end up because they were fairly new but I had three new tires on the truck he had me pay for that one and I had one that came with the truck I should had to pay one tire
