Fast and friendly service. Everything was explained in a clear to understand manner.
This is my 4th time being at Chevy dealerships for service in 3 months. Every time they’ve had my vehicle for the entire day with no updates.
Yesterday I dropped my vehicle off at 11am had called ahead Friday to ask if an appointment would be necessary/beneficial (they said no). At 5pm I started to worry because I live 3 hours away, you close at 6pm and I still haven’t received a call and all of my calls are going to voicemail.
Jose finally answers the phone about 5:30 tells me I will receive a call from the lady Debbie? and I can pay over the phone, my car will be parked out with keys in the gas cap thingy. I get there after 6 no call from Debbie or whatever her name was rushing to meet my ride and my car was not outside the doors were locked so I run around to the front frantically, late and missing my car with a big drive ahead of me and they were so rude and unapologetic, unprofessional when I’m fretting because my vehicle has been held hostage all day. It was horrible and I immediately goggle better business bureau. I have my degree in business management, I’m am a quiet, polite person, I’ve worked in customer service so I am patient and good at handling issues but this was totally unacceptable. I will not be back, and will definitely write many bad reviews.
New tire was supposed to be delivered today. I did not hear from anyone, so I called around 3:00. I was told someone would get back to me before 5:00, so I could bring the vehicle up now or first thing in the morning. Current tire apparently has a nail in the sidewall. No return call.
I love your team, but was disappointed that they couldn't fix my tire. They told me the nail was in the side wall and I'd have to buy a new tire ($200 from Discount Tires). I took it to Smart Buy Tires and they plugged the hole for $17.
