I know sometimes things take awhile but I was the second one there at 8 am. Told it would take 2 hrs and took 3:52 min.

My truck was rolled into a pole because it's a manual and they could not find reverse. They said the plastic part of my bumper will be replaced but it should have not happened to begin with.

Requested tires to be inflated to correct psi as they are filled nitrogen. This did not happen. I did not have time to return after picking vehicle. Disappointed.

I was told that I could have a rental car to use while mine was being serviced. When I got there I was told that no rental cars were available and people can't rent them for oil changes. If this is true it shouldn't have been offered to me. I had other things to do and I was unable to. I am very dissatisfied.
