Didn't yell me my car needed special oil till they drained it completely out of oil, forcing me to get it refilled. Didn't bother make sure they had the parts to refill my oil before changing it. Just really turned into an entire mess of a $30 dollar oil change when it was supposed to be free

I'm satisfied with the oil change on my Malibu, but the Colorado that I owned was in for service at the same time so I'm not really sure which vehicle you mean. The back wheel wells on both sides on my Colorado had rocks in them that push out on the body in four areas that are ironically symmetrical to one another. The dealership remove them which further left marks on the inside from the position the rocks were in on up which weren't there beforehand. also I was told that they would see if they could pay to have the damage repaired since the truck only has about 11,000 miles on it and I haven't heard anything back from them yet. So on the Colorado I'm not as satisfied as I think I could be, nor is satisfied as I have been in the past with my service experiences with reliable Chevy. Thank you. But as for the representative he was very helpful.
