Worst experience of service, I dropped my truck off and for two weeks they kept telling me they were doing tests and waiting on Chevy. Chandler would tell me I will call you on this day and when that day came around he never called. I had to call in myself most of the time to get an update and to actually make sure my truck was getting worked on. Once they discovered the issue they ordered parts and fixed it in a day. It seemed like they weren’t doing anything to the truck and putting it off to the side.
Dixie the manager and Chandler my advisor were so helpful and super nice! Kept me updated on my car daily. Very very impressed with how well I was treated. They truely care! Wonderful Customer Service in the Service department!!

I’ve taken my car here many times and this was the only time I haven’t been satisfied with my visit. For two main reasons. 1) my tech came to tell me that my car was finished and he’d be back in a couple minutes to have me sign some paperwork and pay. And hour later he had still not come back. So I just walked into the garage bay and asked for my car. It was sitting ready to go. Someone just forgot to come get me. 2) once I got in my car, my keys were not in it. I went back inside to ask about them and they didn’t know where they were and had to go find them.
I am afraid you will retaliate if I leave negative comments.

I called two weeks ago for a key fob, but they forgot to order it. Once it finally came in they took 3 hours to program it to my car. However, they couldn’t program the key that came with it. Now I have to go back on Friday and leave my car at the dealership.
