Windshield wiper fluid cap was left open. Also, truck was ready but no one notified me. I had to go to the desk to ask status. Then they had the wrong keys and had to go find them.

I love bringing my car in to this shop. I've had bad experiences at the dealership I bought my car at but your employees here make up for that and then some! Everyone is so accommodating and understanding. Keep up the good work!

Was never contacted by anyone at Reliable regarding the status of my vehicle. I had to make contact on all occasions to understand what was going on with my vehicle. Not being contacted at any point In the process was a little bit frustrating. When I was leaving work, I was able to call again to check on my car since I had not heard back that it was ready. I was informed that it was done but would have to wait till the morning to pick it up. I was incredibly frustrated at this point. If I had been informed as to what time I could pick it up, I would’ve arranged to be there before the service department closed. Matt redeemed the entire experience by allowing me to get my car after hours and he even filled my gas tank. Overall this experience was not the greatest that I’ve had with Reliable but it will not dissuade me from using you guys in the future. I know that mistakes will happen and truly appreciate the reaction of your team to make sure I was able to get my car.
