It is always a joy to see Jose **** at your auto shop, he is always friendly and effecient at his job. He always looks out for the customer and goes above and beyond in dealing with coworkers and customers. He is one if the main reasons i keep returning to this establishment. A free lunch and a raise is definitly in order--hes a gem--CJ Crews

I have been waiting for this survey. I am very frustrated with the process with this whole transaction. To start with it took TWO weeks!!! My car was running weird, skipping/jumping a little between 3rd and 4th gears. The mechanics at Reliable could not figure it out so you had to send it to a Chrysler dealer, In Marshfield I believe. It was there over a week and the response, after several messages of me asking what was going on with my car, was acting like it was because it was in Economy mode. When I asked what that meant, I got a smart alec answer. I then asked why your mechanics didnt figure this out TWO WEEKS AGO!! Some lame excuse about being Chevy mechanics md not Chrysler mechanics. I am pretty sure if this were truly the issue, I could have pulled out the manual and figured that button out. But I still dont believe that is the problem. I drove to KC today and had several jumps. But then when I went to pick it up, when I had to return the loaner with a full tank of gas. My car went into the shop with a full tank of gas as well. With you driving it back and forth to marshfield, you used a quarter tank of my gas and didnt even have the decency to fill it back up for me. then the paper and plastic covers were left in my car soni had to throw them away before I could get back in. And then it didnt even get vacuumed out. I am so disappointed with this service. I bought a car with you guys and had great service, and I would expect the same on the service end. Not so much!!!!

Brenton was amazingly nice and very helpful. He informed me of what options there were and explained it very simply and understandable and wasn’t pushy about adding more service than I had requested. I would suggest giving the young man a raise to keep him working at your company. His smile and attitude were very welcoming.
