I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and for a recall and the oil didn’t get changed. I specifically stated when I called to make the appointment and when I dropped it off that it needed an oil changed. I called today to make sure it didn’t get done and was offered an appointment today to bring it back like it should be no big deal. I work full time and have small children and I don’t have time to just bring it back in and arrange for a ride.
I have several pre-paid oil changes included with my warranty package but if that weren’t the case, I would never come to your dealership again. There are constantly problems with the service department. Completely unsatisfactory.
Excellent customer service at check in and check out. I drive away with the feeling I was well taken care of. My thanks to your guys in service!
