I usually hate dealing with dealerships however he was courteous kind, and super helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have been more impressed. He needs to get promoted.
They did their best but mine was a hard problem. Barking up the wrong tree trying to blame my side steps. I think they did solve it by tightening suspension parts because it actually felt tighter and it wasn’t making the popping or clunking noise that sounded like bad ball joints or tie rods during body flex.just didn’t feel like they felt like they found anything. The noise was coming during flex Body flex and not a loose rattling that would come from my sidesteps being loose.
Tom, who I spoke to on the phone, had one of the most pleasant demeanors and was incredibly nice to me while I was scheduling my service appointment. I’m not sure how to describe it but interacting with him made my day better and I hope he gets recognized for being such a positive guy. Every business needs a Tom.
Nathan was aware that I am new to area and very helpful in sharing information. He also watched the time and got me out quickly.
