I am very happy with the way Matt the technician handle my Chevy I was a bit frustrated with the transportation you only have one car that can take people home I had to wait 1hr for any one to said anything but no one did I had to call an Uber and paid $15.25 to take me home Okay Other than that it was great

I told both the person who cgecjed me in and Ralph on the phone that the defective tire was the front passenger. But the new tire was just put on in the place of the spare tire. I also left unsure of the tire treads of all ties and now I'm concerned they are unbalanced.
