I scheduled a service for my 2018 Silverado. Nate met me when I arrived , gathered the electronic information from my truck and told me about how long it would take. The truck was done on time and was also washed. Excellent service.

I have alway been satisfied with the service I receive. My only concern was I had an oil leak that they told me about on the last oil change I had and was told to let the service team know about it and they would fix it for me. I told them today about the leak and they said they couldn’t fix it today. I completely understand it takes time to fix something like that but they wouldn’t give me a loaner truck while they fixed it.
I had a few more questions that Matt patiently answered prior to committing to the service.

Ralph is amazing my wifes car broke down and was able to limp it over there and I told him to take as much time as he needed because we were going out of town, but things change for good and bad and Ralph called monday morning saying it was ready and were not even expecting it for a week at least, great guy

I was very concerned with my check engine light. I previously brought it in for this problem and after getting it fixed the problem came back two weeks later. I brought my car back and 30 minutes later they are telling me the problem was resolved with no charge to me.
The service was excellent and it met the time schedule I had.

Ralph was very apologetic on the part I am lacking on due to the strike of GMC. He has put in another order. Also he reminded me on my tires. I am a very pleased customer.
