Rik was excellent. Out of three service writers he followed through to find the root issue. Not just repair what was broken but why it broke!

Rik did a great job helping me get my truck repaired. He called me and notified me of the parts that were not covered so I could make the right decision. I was a little bummed that the text I received said to provide extra time before I picked my truck up so they could wash my truck. My truck was not washed when I picked it up but the most important part my truck was fixed and completed before my work week started.
