Ralph was fantastic to work with! Not only is he extremely professional, he is also courteous, friendly, and trustworthy. When the turbo went out in my equinox he was upfront that it would take at least a week to fix. Knowing that I go to school, work, and have kids, he quickly set me up in loaner that met all of my needs. I will definitely recommend Larry H Miller because of my experience.

Normally don’t have any problems but yesterday was a joke! Payed for the three oil change package deals three months ago and was completely satisfied but yesterday they did do the oil change and said I needed to replace the transmission fluid and transfer case oil which was cheaper than transmission so I said to do that after they got done they changed the transmission witch I didn’t want and charged me full price and never washed my truck that they always did and on the way home my tire sensor wouldn’t go off and had oil dripping everywhere underneath my truck and never cleaned anything up very Unsatisfying!! To say the least!
Truck was returned filthy. Rick was great, though.
